  • 4 kale leaves
  • 1 rainbow chards leaves
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 handful spinach
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 small carrot
  • ½ apple (skin on)
  • 4 whole parsley stalks (leaf and stem)
  • 3 tablespoons of hydrolysed collagen powder (or prefered protein powder)
  • 1 cup of water







High in Magnesium, which is required for over 300 reactions in the body
High in folate, which is vital for proper DNA replication
High in vitamin K1, C, E, Calcium, Potassium, Beta-Carotene
High in fermentable fibres called prebiotics which:
- feed the healthy bacteria in the gut
- increase the biodiversity of species in the gut
High in non fermentable fibre which aid with keep the bowels regular
High in a variety of hormetic plant compounds which:
- aid phase 2 detoxification in the liver
- are anti-inflammatory
- are potent antioxidants
- have anti cancer properties
- aids in the formation of neurons
- aids in strengthening connections between neurons
- improves muscle mass and strength       


Hydrolysed collagen

  • This is partly absorbed as collagen and partly broken down into its component amino acids, 2 of which are glycine and proline.
  • Glycine, proline and hydroxyproline make up around 60% of collagen in the body
  • Collagen makes up around 30% of the total protein in out bodies (ligaments, tendons, cartilage and skin) and is also concentrated in blood vessels, muscles, the gut and dentin in teeth.
  • Proline is may also be important in wound healing
