Bircher Style Paleo Breakfast Muesli
1 small cored and unpeeled Apple, grated
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon Walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon flaked or chopped Almonds
1 tablespoon Sunflower Seeds
1-2 tablespoons Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup sugar free Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
Mix all ingredients together, leave in fridge overnight.
Serve with fresh berries or passionfruit pulp and extra milk.
