Ingredients

  • 4 kale leaves
  • 1 rainbow chards leaves
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 handful spinach
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 small carrot
  • ½ apple (skin on)
  • 4 whole parsley stalks (leaf and stem)
  • 3 tablespoons of hydrolysed collagen powder (or prefered protein powder)
  • 1 cup of water

  • Collagen makes up around 30% of the total protein in out bodies (ligaments, tendons, cartilage and skin) and is also concentrated in blood vessels, muscles, the gut and dentin in teeth.
