• 8 cups chopped kale
• 1 tablespoon garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Toss the kale with the oil, ginger, and salt.
Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet (or two, if needed).
Bake 15-20 minutes or until crisp, stirring once halfway through.
The edges may brown a little, but the leaves should be a dark green when done.
