Greek Salad

Ingredients


• 6 cups chopped mixed greens
• 1/2 cup kalamata olives
• 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
• 1 sliced green onion (green parts only)
• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 minced garlic clove
• 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine the greens, olives, cucumber, and green onions in a large bowl.

  2. Separately, combine the remaining ingredients, then pour over the salad just before serving.
