Carrot Fries

Ingredients

• 4 large carrots
• 1 tablespoon cooking fat
• sea salt and ground ginger to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Cut the carrots into fry shapes.

  3. Toss in fat, salt, and ginger, and arrange on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
